Fast Souring Yeasts

We provide yeasts harvested from nature that reliably produce a barrel-aged style sour beer in weeks not years without the need for bacteria or additional Saccharomyces yeasts. These tame, Lachancea yeasts produce valuable lactic acid, the preferred souring notein tart beers.
